Homemade Baked Mac and Cheese

This recipe was found by my dear Hubby and I am so glad he did. I have only made a couple of homemade baked mac and cheeses so I was a bit nervous on getting it just right. This turned out amazing though and this sauce before adding the cheese will be my base for all cheese type sauces. It came out ooey and gooey and didn’t set up so hard that you couldn’t enjoy it. Then after baking it is a gooey and stringy cheese sauce you think of and the crunch of the panko on top. It is perfect.

I am trying a new thing with my recipes and adding an easy printable recipe at the end that you can click on and print.

Creamy Fettuccine One Pot Dish

One Pot Fettuccine, 20 minutes and quick clean up.

One of Hubby’s favorite Italian dishes is fettuccine and while it is not my favorite I try to find recipes that I enjoy so we can have it for dinner. Well this one is amazing, I would eat it every night and it is sooo easy!  Plus since it is in one pot then the cleanup is quick.

Stuffed Shells

If you haven’t noticed I love pasta. I mean it’s not like oh yes I like to eat pasta from time to time, NO I would eat it every day if carbs weren’t so bad for you. I LOVE PASTA! Ok now that that’s cleared up, I also enjoy quick easy clean dinners. Well pair these two up and you get these stuffed shells.

Chicken Marsala

Hey all this is my favorite meal, I have a few favorites really but this would probably be at the top. Now before very recently I had to go to Olive Garden to satisfy my need for it but now, now I can make it on my own and it’s almost just as good. Only almost because I don’t have the minestrone and bread sticks to go with it.

The first time I had this outside of a restaurant was when Hubby and I were dating and he made it for my birthday. It was delicious! We’ve only had it a few times and usually I have him make it but this time I gave it a try and realized it’s a very simple recipe.  So let’s get to it.
