Tips to Reset Your Body After Holiday Parties

   A great thing about Christmas is all the parties and all the delicious food. It now being the weekend after Christmas you may be feeling a bit sluggish from the overload of sweets and rich foods.  Your body needs a reset button and you can help it along.

There are some foods and ways you can eat to help cleanse your body.
Water- drink lots of it. Water does all sorts of things for your body, like flushing out all the bad stuff you have ate

Fresh foods- avoid foods that are highly processed.

Limit sugars- High sugar foods do nothing for your body other than taste good when you eat them. Keep away from anything that has added sugar for a day or two.

Vegetables- eat vegetables when you’re hungry. They fill you up and have the nutrients your body is probably craving after the holidays.
